International Shipping Information

Sinsation Cosmetics ships worldwide.

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Standard Shipping - 14.95 USD.

Orders sent Standard shipping (USPS - US Postal Service) typically arrive in about 1-5 weeks.

However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office for an order to be delivered.Your order may be a non-trackable.

*Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments.

 

Express Shipping - 55.95 USD.

Door-to-door service. We can ship items via UPS, FedEx, DHL, the US Postal Service. Orders sent Express Shipping typically arrive in about 2-5 business days . Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your order.

Shipping is FREE on all International orders $150 and over. (Standard Shipping)


Tracking Orders


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.
The e-mail will contain shipping details.

Note: If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

 

To estimate when your order will be shipped and delivered, please consider the following information:

Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If you should receive an email requesting order verification, please follow in the instructions as stated in the email to verify your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if verification is not received within 72 business hours.

All orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

 

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer’s country. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.

 

Customers outside the United States - please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country.

 

Changing the delivery address

 

If you entered an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process there is a small window of time where you can notify us and correct it.  Contact us as soon as possible to request a delivery address change, in most cases we can accommodate such requests before an order is processed.  

Unfortunately, once an order is processed we are not able to change the delivery information.  You may still have the option to change delivery address by contacting the carrier and providing your tracking number.  

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address we are not able to send a replacement, you will need to place a new order. 

 

Undeliverable/Returned Packages

 

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our fulfillment center. Some common reasons for packages being Returned To Sender (RTS) are:

  • Invalid address
  • Incomplete street address, missing apartment numbers
  • Recipient unavailable to accept delivery
  • Recipient unavailable or unwilling to pay duties/taxes

If your package was undeliverable and returned to our fulfillment center by the shipping carrier, please contact us with your order and tracking number.  Once we receive your inquiry, we will either refund your order except for the shipping charges which are not refundable.  If you want to re-ship the order, you will be charged again for shipping.

Note: Refused or Unclaimed Items: A 25% restocking fee and a Return to Sender fee of $5.95 will be assessed accordingly.  Original shipping cost is non-refundable. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to Company error.
     

 

Note: Standard Mail do not offer a tracking service, and are NOT insured. We will not replace packages that are lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted. International Taxes There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
