- Shipping Information (US ORDERS)
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service.

Sinsationcosmetics.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. orders $75 and International orders $150 and over. Our standard shipping option is the United States Postal Service.

Standard Shipping - 14.95 USD Orders sent Standard shipping typically arrive in about 1-5 weeks.
However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office for an order to be delivered.Your order may be a non-trackable.*Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments.
Express Shipping - 55.95 USD Door-to-door service. We can ship items via UPS, FedEx, DHL, the US Postal Service. Orders sent Express shipping typically arrive in about 2-5 business days .Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your order.
We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse. International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer’s country. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
Customers outside the United States - please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country.
Note: Standard Shipping do not offer a tracking service, and are NOT insured. We will not replace packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.
- International Taxes
There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
- Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day. Packages do not ship on certain holidays.
- Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipping details. If available, you can track your shipment on usps.com
- Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
