Lost or Delayed Packages
SINSATION® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during Standard Shipping.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for untracked or uninsured Standard Mail packages.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We can only make changes before your order is processed.
If a package is shipped to an incorrect or outdated address, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned due to:
Invalid or incomplete address
Recipient unavailable or unclaimed package
Refused delivery or unpaid customs fees

You may request a refund minus shipping costs, or request re-shipment (additional fees apply).
Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a $15.95 return fee, unless the return was due to company error.
