Order Processing

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
 

Processing typically takes 2–3 business days.
 

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.
 

Delivery time: approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.
 

Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking link.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
 

We cannot update addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.
 

If a package is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
 

You may contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

SINSATION® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information.
 

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for such cases.
 

Undeliverable/Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to:

Invalid or incomplete address
 

Recipient unavailable
 

Refused or unclaimed delivery
 

We will: Refund your order minus shipping costs, or re-ship it upon request (additional shipping fees apply).

Returned or unclaimed packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a $5.95 return-to-sender fee, unless the issue was caused by company error.
