UNFORTUNATELY, ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY INFORMATION. YOU MAY STILL HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS BY CONTACTING THE CARRIER AND PROVIDING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED PACKAGES
IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON, IT MAY BE RETURNED TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER. SOME COMMON REASONS FOR PACKAGES BEING RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS) ARE:
- INVALID ADDRESS
- INCOMPLETE STREET ADDRESS, MISSING APARTMENT NUMBERS
- RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
IF YOUR ORDER IS UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER BY THE CARRIER, PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER. ONCE YOUR INQUIRY IS RECEIVED, WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO RE-SHIP THE ORDER, BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR SHIPPING.
