Shipping Information within the U.S.


Orders must be placed by 12.00 PM EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. US orders are shipped via USPS.


Please Note: We will not replace packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.

Below is a list of estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouses and delivered to you.

'Business days' means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed by 12.00 PM EST for in-stock merchandise with expedited shipping (Premium/Express) are processed the following business day.

Sinsationcosmetics.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S.$75 and International orders $150 and over. Our standard shipping option is the United States Postal Service.


Business Days & Holidays


All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.


For Standard and 2 Day shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.


Tracking Orders


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.
The e-mail will contain shipping details.

Note: If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

 

To estimate when your order will be shipped and delivered, please consider the following information:

Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If you should receive an email requesting order verification, please follow in the instructions as stated in the email to verify your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if verification is not received within 72 business hours.

All orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

 

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Sinsation ™️ Cosmetics is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.  We also don’t supply replacements or refunds for any goods delivered to a forwarding company.

 

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. box or military APO/FPO/DPO address, but some restrictions may apply. Expedited shipping methods are not available to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 


International Shipping Information

Please find list of countries at the Checkout page. Standard Shipping - 14.95 USD Orders sent Standard shipping typically arrive in about 1-5 weeks.
However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office for an order to be delivered.Your order may be a non-trackable.

Express Shipping - 55.95 USD Door-to-door service.
We can ship items via UPS, DHL, the US Postal Service.
Orders sent Express Shipping typically arrive in about 2-5 business days .
Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9 pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your order.
We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer’s country.
For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
Customers outside the United States - please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country.

International Taxes


There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes.
Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees.
Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

 

Changing the delivery address

 

If you entered an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process there is a small window of time where you can notify us and correct it.  Contact us as soon as possible to request a delivery address change, in most cases we can accommodate such requests before an order is processed.  

Unfortunately, once an order is processed we are not able to change the delivery information.  You may still have the option to change delivery address by contacting the carrier and providing your tracking number.  

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address we are not able to send a replacement, you will need to place a new order. 

 

Undeliverable/Returned Packages 

 

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our fulfillment center. Some common reasons for packages being Returned To Sender (RTS) are:

Invalid address

Incomplete street address, missing apartment numbers

Recipient unavailable to accept delivery

 

If your order is undeliverable and returned to our fulfillment center by the carrier, please contact us with your order number. Once your inquiry is received, we will refund your order minus the shipping charges which are not refundable. You have an option to re-ship the order, but you will be charged again for shipping. 

 

Note: For all orders that are returned for reasons of refused or unclaimed a 25% restocking fee and a Return to Sender fee of $5.95 will be assessed accordingly. Shipping cost are non-refundable. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to Company error.

 


Returns & Exchanges


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund.
Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
